Grant Funding For CNA & CHHA Training

County ITA Contracts

The Burlington (CHHA), Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Mercer County Workforce Development Boards will provide eligible applicants with full tuition training grants to cover the cost of Empath Care's Certified Nurse Aide and Certified Home Health Aide Training Programs.

 

Camden County Residents: If eligible, customers will complete an enrollment process with the Camden County One Stop Career Center. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply in-person at 101 Woodcrest Rd. #127 Cherry Hill Twp., NJ 08003.

Cumberland County Residents: If eligible, customers will complete an enrollment process with the Cumberland County Center for Workforce & Economic Development. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply in-person at 3322 College Dr. in Vineland, NJ.

Burlington County Residents: If eligible, customers will complete an enrollment process with the Burlington County One Stop Career Center. Interested applicants are encouraged to call 609-518-3900.

Gloucester County Residents: If eligible, customers will complete an enrollment process with the Gloucester County One Stop Career Center. Interested applicants are encouraged to call 856-384-3700.

Mercer County Residents: If eligible, customers will complete an enrollment process with the Mercer County One Stop Career Center. Interested applicants are encouraged to visit the their office at: 26 Yard Avenue Trenton, NJ 08625 to complete an intake form. Once this is completed, a representative from Training and Employment Services will invite you to a virtual orientation. If you prefer to call, they can be reached at 609-278-2714.

NJ Opportunity Partnership Grant 

Open to residents of NJ, candidates must meet ALL 4 eligibility requirements below: 

-Must be at least 18 years old

-Must have a High School Diploma or GED

-Must have a CLEAR criminal history

-Must have collected Unemployment benefits within the past 52 weeks
